If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return your item with the proof of purchase in the same condition as you received it, within 30 days and we will happily exchange or refund the full priced item/s. We are also happy to ship your exchanged item/s back to you for free, but your are responsible for the cost of freight back to us. We highly recommend you return your item/s by insured, registered post because Chilli Surfboards is not liable for any lost return parcels.

Please take careful consideration when purchasing surfboards from Chilli Surfboards as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand every circumstance is different; thats why we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your individual situation.

Chilli Surfboards will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered (ie; you ordered a 6'1 and you receive a 6'3) and adhere to the below terms:

a) within 30 days from invoice date,

b) return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)

c) with the surfboard in the same condition as wen you received it.

d) board sent back in the wrapping and box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed. 

Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help. 

 

International Exchange and Returns Policy

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*.

International exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee to have the new goods shipped back to you. Prices can be viewed here.

Returns Process

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact us to notify us that you will be returning goods.

2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.

3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label. If you have lost this, don't worry! Our address is:

4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the labelled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Chilli Surfboards is not liable for lost return parcels.

5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund.

International Shipping Fee

International exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee. By returning your goods for exchange, you are agreeing to payment of these charges. We will need full payment  of charges before shipment of goods.
