We're looking for a casual sales assistant to join our team in the Mona Vale Surf Shop. Duties include selling surfboards and accessories, restocking and visual merchandising. Our goal is to provide high-class customer service and increase Chilli Surfboards growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level customer service & customer satisfaction
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers needs and wants
• Welcome and greet customers
• Keep up to date with product information

Requirements

• Surfing background and a surfer
• Proven working experience in surf retail
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service needs in particular with surfboards
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer and IT tech skills
• Social media skills
• Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
