This model was designed from the last few years of Mitch Coleborn and Tiago Pires coming home from their Hawaii seasons and giving feedback from the older model Heavy Water. It is a very simple, smooth outline which drives through any tough situation where you want the board to hold in. It's got a steady rocker through out, it's a medium entry under the chest to paddle into waves easy and a round pin tail. The bottom is a slight single concave to flat bottom out through the back fins. You don't need speed in the bigger boards so a flat bottom really compliments turning this board with ease. Combined with 5 fins for the use of a quad set up or thruster, this board will suit big winter south swells in Australia, Indonesia trips all the way to the real testing grounds in Hawaii.
